As far as I can see, your salary expectation should  be zero as only in such case, you could be compelled to ascertain where is your direction and/or location.

I also have another advice for you. That is you may consider to create a Quality University to lead China to be well recognized as a quality country, the only one  in the world.

平均1.4年跳換一次工作，說明以下兩個問題：
1)對企業的忠誠度不夠，老闆不敢采用。
2)我對您所描述的能力持懷疑態度，人不是天才什麼都精通。你可能還處於似懂非懂的境界，即就是略知皮毛。

It's important for HR to one company,in 21'century,One company can gain the success,He must have very excellent HR,Then i think that your salary can gain 12k/month.

the salary is not depnended what you ask for,you must estamiate how much the employer would give you,maybe you can get 5k or 20k/M,different companies will give different salary to you.

Pls allow me to share my comments with you all:

1- You words tod me that you ever worked for Quality department;
2- You always think the certificates are very important;

Frankly speaking, all QA engineers in our company have the similar experience, with Gren belt certificates, Internal Auditor certificate, English language skills, etc. so the maximum salary that our company can offer is about 5K

From your CV, I only can assume that you have a lot of knowledge. The problem   is do you have the similar ability? Do you know how big the gap between your knowledge and ability?
     If your knowledge match your ability, I think you can ask 1.500EU/month.

的确是这样的,如果你是老板,喜欢一个平均1.4年就跳糟的人吗?
另外有些东西都是形式的,譬如FEMA等,有几家公司在正经八百的做?
所以,1.4年在一个公司时间是远远不够的.

谢谢各位的评论，我想都应该有一定的道理。
其实除了第一次和第二次是主动选择跳槽之外，其余的都是别人找上门来。

另外对于一个企业忠诚的问题，我想每个人都有不同的理解，只要在每一个公司都认真地做事情，把每一个CASE都做好就是了。跳槽是另外的取舍。。。顺便问一句楼上诸位，你们在一个企业又做了多长时间呢？
