IEC标准里好像没有power on/off内容，倒是有power drop out test标准

The equipment duty cycle should be ON abwt 90 percent of the test cycle. The OFF periods should be randomly selected.

上面也是说在做环境试验的时候，你自己也没有讲清楚POWER ON/off是干嘛的。哪有什么专门的ON/OFF标准，对电源来所，ON时间至少开机时间到输出正常范围之类时间吧，可以用示波器抓一下时间，OFF时间会是大电容放完电吧。这就是看反复开关机用冲击电压电流看元器件的耐受性了。。
