Senior Quality System Engineer JD
A. Coordinate to establish and maintenance a quality system (Quality control & quality assurance), to make TSP’s operation, management and product’s quality achieve to world class level and make top manager and customer satisfied.
B. Establish and maintenance a world-class quality system, ensure every employee’s work can meet procedure’s requirement.
C. Achieve ISO9000, QS9000, ISO14000 and/or other quality system.
D. One should be familiar with both GSC’s product, process and system
E. Training and experience on quality system (ISO9000 & QS9000 etc.)
F. Understand some knowledge and sense on Quality system. Grasp some system requirement.
G. Communicate with consultant and certification institute on quality system
H. Set up and maintenance efficient documents control system, to make sure TSP’s document and specification keep in good condition.
I. Manage and maintenance document and specification, which include document preparation, issuing, updating, distribution, preservation and obsolete etc.
J. Manage and maintenance Baan system on BOM, ROUNTING, ITEM MASTER, QC TABLE, TESTING SPEC etc.
Requirements:
Bachelor degree or above.
Over 6 years experiences in quality management.
Good communication skill.
Fluently English speak and write.
QE JD
A. Assist the Quality Manager in developing and implementing the overall Project Quality System.
B. Know QA tools, SPC, APQP, FMEA, PPAP, MSA, DOE.
C. Assessing QA/QC/IPQC/OQC management aspects and participating in bid evaluation.
D. Monitoring the effectiveness of the Integrated Project Management Team
E. Conducting and participating in quality audits as agreed in the quality audit schedules covering work performed by the IPMT,
F. Analyze and identify the Quality requirements from design specifications;
G. Analyze and identify the Quality requirements according to Top 5 return issues.
H. Execute quality improving or preventive activities and provide applicable reports per project's needs.
H. Monitor & analyze the quality performance of released products and secure applicable actions.
J. Analyse defect sample, reply customer complain and build 8D report.
Requirements:
Bachelor degree or above.
Over 5 years experiences in quality management.
Good communication skill.
Fluently English speak and write.
