To ensure that we produce a world-class service, which exceeds our customer requirements, we are seeking to recruit a Lean Practitioner whose responsibilities consist of:
1.Working closely alongside a small team introducing lean tools and techniques through a variety of different formats including, process mapping, visual management, workplace layout and standard work
2.To compile and run specific C.I internal training programmes at the client premises
3.Support the client in understanding how lean tools and techniques fit together and support each other
4.To conduct audits on readiness for change, size of task and progress against plan
5.Facilitate the development of local plans to introduce the tools and techniques
6.Coach and support clients employees and managers through the use of supporting techniques
