Job Responsibility
1. Be a lean manfuacturing leader in daily manufacturing operation to High-Mix-Low-Volume equipment.
2. Look into current VSM and each process, identifying future VSM, and drive Kaizen projects to eliminate wastes.

3. Work with associated leaders in optimizing current process flow, facilitating Kaizen events for complicated improvement projects.
4. Challenge current operational processes, conducting changes with healthy debates, helping team members to on the transition of paradigm.
5. Identify Kaizen opportunities, and be a facilitator to support Kaizen project leaders.

6. Implement JIT philosophy in maximize outputs with less inputs.
7. Advocate lean culture within the operation, motivating people towards Kaizen, invoke continuous learning to align company business deliverables and personal career needs.
8. Identify gap of Lean training needs, empowering everybody to be lean expert for daily improvements within their responsible area.

Requirements:
1. College degree or high majored in industrial engineering, mechanical/electric engineering.
2. A lean champion, 5 More years experience in applying lean manufacturing methodologies.
3. Strong communication capability and conflict management skill in looking for win-win solution.
4. Demonstrated leadership skill in influencing/motivating others.
5. Good commanding in both spoken and written English.
6. Excellent capability in managing multiple lean projects.
7. Good computer skill in utilizing MS Office.
8. Constant learning and apply the learning to practice rapidly.
