After choosing the menu Data Process -> Get Data From Access, a dialog box will be poped-up. Click on Open button, another dialog box will be poped-up to let user input the database file path/name. If the input is wrong, say, only input the file path without the file name, the Add-in will simply close the dialog box, and the feature is no long valid until the Excel is closed and reopened.

You must input a correct full path of Access database file.
