Education/Qualifications/Special Requirements
a.Four year degree in Engineering, Manufacturing or Industrial, ideally in automotive or electronics
b.At least Five years working experience in Automotive Tier-1 or OEM environment
c.Experiences in Supplier Quality Management
d.Experiences in performing PPAP, APQP, SPC, FMEA and control plans
e.Must have demonstrated knowledge of advanced product quality planning, inspection equipment and techniques, problem solving,process
capability studies, statistical distributions, and assemble processes.
f.Experience with Supplier Development is required, Six Sigma training is desired
g.Proficiency in writting and speaking English
h.High level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with others
Responsibilities
a. Take responsibility for Advanced Supplier Quality activities.
b. Monitor the advanced product maturity and coordinate the entire samplie-ready process, including the sample final approval.
c. Work with purchasing, manufacturing and engineering departments to drive supplier to do improvement.
d. Perform supplier assessment, approval and audit
e. Manage APQP/PPAP and change activities, and support supplier to phase in & ramp up,as well as during production,to ensure availability and completeness of product & test documentation
f. Oversee integrity of product quality at suppliers through participation as integral part of the Commodity team
g. Conduct quality audits which requires travel to suppliers
h. Data recording, analysis and report generation
2.Junior Quality Engineer(柳州)
Capacity Requirements
a.Bachelor degree in Engineering.
b.Fluent business English is prerequisite for this position,German,Japanese, French are pluses
c.One year working experience
d.Willing to travel
e.Experiences in Automotive Industry or Supplier Quality Management is desirable
Job Responsibilities
a.Support automotive-part suppliers to do troubleshotting, and to improve Quality System.
b.Be able to conduct process & quality system audit according to ISO 9000/TS16949/VDA standard.
c.Be cumminication interface between Chinese local suppliers and the international client.
3.Product Verification and Validation Engineer(汽车零配件)
Job Responsibilities
a.Develop system verification and validation test specification;
b.Develop and maintain system verification and validation environment;
c.Execute test to verify that the system fulfills system requirements;
d.Record and report test results to the SY Test Manager.
Capacity Requirements
a.Bachelor degree in Engineering.
b.Experience of fulfillment of APQP
c.Experience of verification and validation of automotive components, especially dashboard
d.Fluent in writing and speaking English.
4.Project Test Engineer
Job Responsibilities
a.Develop and maintain Master Verification and Validation Plan;
b.Contribute in Test planning over all Test disciplines and level;
c.Test effort estimation;
d.Secure test resources;
e.Track and control the test activities over all test disciplines;
f.Report test progress to project manager;
g.Reporting and following faults through to closure;
h.Develop and maintain 'Prototype Control Plan'
Capacity Requirements
a.Bachelor degree in Engineering.
b. 3 years project management exp- in the automotive industry
c. Effectively plan and coordinate the test activities with respect to the various test disciplines and phases to provide maximum test coverage
d. Test planning and test implementation monitoring
e.Fluent in writing and speaking English.
