Engineering / QA, international standard and customer standard review.
New quality standard development / modification
Carry out reliability and safety tests for electrical, gas and accessories products according to standards and schedule
Maintain discipline and good house-keeping in the test laboratory
Report generation after testing
Keep contact with the responsible personnel with regard to the progress of the test
Lead of MSA and calibration program for the laboratory
Sample keeping and recording.
Qualification requirements:
College diploma or above in mechanical, manufacturing, industrial engineering or related disciplines
Familiar with product certification, such as CSA, UL, CE, RoHS for gas and electrical part.
Familiar with different quality and reliability test setting, method and criteria of gas, electrical and metal accessories product according to industrial standard. (GB, ASTM etc)
Fluent in written and reading English
Minimum of 2 years Solid experience of lab job for consumer product, gas and electrical products. .
