要求 1. Graduation from a university/college, major in Mechanical/electrical engineering
2. At least 5 years work experience in manufacturing industry, with at least three years as a quality engineer and minimum one year as supplier quality auditor in a multinational company.
3. Good command of spoken and written English
4. Minimum ISO9001 auditor certification， experience focuses on quality system audits.
5. Some basic training in six-sigma and lean mfg.
6. Stable employment, both male and female are OK
7. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
8. Based in Suzhou, Wiling to travel across China.
工作职责 1. Conduct classification and process audits at new suppliers in line with procedures. To detect potential weak links in supplier quality management and process control system, with an aim to achieve world class level of quality for exporting products, a challenging task for growing Chinese suppliers.
2. Develop current suppliers to higher level. Improve incompetent suppliers to expected Quality and Delivery performance. Use appropriate tools and methodologies, and coach suppliers to put in place reliable control system. Launch lean manufacturing projects where appropriate.
3. First Sample Approval and Witness Inspection (if needed
Go to supplier site, monitor product quality acceptance inspection and test for new/initial production samples, prepare reports, track progress, and summarize performance on a monthly basis.
4. Initiate and follow-up Corrective Actions with support from quality manager and buyers. Take the lead to solve supplier quality issues, follow the standard problem–solving process to help supplier find root cause and corrective actions, and follow-up closely to ensure timely execution and effectiveness.
