MAIN PURPOSE AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strict the implementation of systems, policies and procedures, control all the quality documents used within XiaMen Facility and maintain all files of ISO, safety and regulatory docs and service reports.
The main responsibilities include:
-Releases the documents to the different sections/departments on time.
-Make sure that all the obsolete documents are moved from all points of issues.
-Implements Document Control System improvements
-Performs line system audit and upload the audit result to cell audit database.
-Develops document control system improvements
-Performs Internal Quality system / 5S audit and follow up the audit result.
-Responsible for document preparation for customer audits
-Ensure the overall effectiveness of the Document Control System of APC XiaMen facility.
-Follow up the Continuous Improvement projects.
-Assist QA manager to apply for all kinds of certificate.
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
-Engineering degree or equivalent.
-Three to five years experience in similar role.
-Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
-Experience using with Microsoft Office (word / excel) and an understanding of computer networks is preferred.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong Teamwork skills.
-Familiarity and commitment to concurrent engineering, ISO 9000, total quality management, and manufacturing operations.
-Self motivated with a high level of initiative and energy in recognizing and solving problems.
