Quality System Specialist

Job Description:
        Maintain and improve company’s TL9000 and TS16949 Quality Management System
        Conduct internal audit (include system audit, process audit and OEM product audit)
        Monitor the implementation of company operational procedures, identify any break of such implementation and correct or report.
        Manage the second party and third party audit.
        Work as Supply Chain Management team leader, monitor supplier performance, submit monthly supplier rating report and take necessary action to improve supplier performance.
        Working closely with company sourcing team, develop new supplier, conduct supplier on-site audit in necessary.
        Conduct Quality System training internally.
        Maintain EHS in necessary
Qualification:
        Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
        Automotive or Telecommunication industry work experience
        Perfect communications and organizational skills.
        Solid knowledge and at least 2 years on-hand experience for development, implementation of ISO9001:2000 is minimum request.
        Preferred to have either TL9000 or TS16949 experience.
        Auditing experience is a must
        ASQ CQA certificate or any other external auditor certificates is a plus.
        Supply Chain Management experience is a plus
        Knowledge and experience for ISO14001 and ISO18001 will be an asset

Quality Control Engineer

Job Description:
        Lead all Advanced Product Quality Planning activities.
        As team member, involve in the activity of creating and maintaining pFMEA, Control Plan, Work Instructions and Inspection Instruction for electrical assemblies.
        Perform Gage R&R and calibration per TS/TL and customer specific requirements.
        Communicate with customers on all quality issues. Response for Corrective Action submission.
        Technical support for new product development quality related issues.
        Coordinate training & communication with Manufacturing and Quality Assurance personnel.
        Collecting and analysis of quality data and provide corrective/improvement solution.
        Prepare and implement MSA, SPC to meet TS16949 and customer specific requirements.
Qualification:
        Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline or related technical field or equivalent.
        Automotive work experience is desired
        Good communications and organizational skills.
        Good knowledge and implement experience of TL9000, TS16949 and automotive core tools.
        ASQ certificate is a plus.
        6 sigma and Lean Manufacturing knowledge and/or completed 6 sigma projects are preferred.

广州的美企，大家应该有个概念。另外，我们不喜欢看着工资找工作的人。只是想给论坛的朋友们一个不错的发展机会。我只要真正有心思做事的人。其实发展前景还是很好的。公司扩张的很快，很多中层都缺人。这个职位是非常有可能在短期内成为QM的。甚至于能力足够的人就可以直接以QM加入。职位不同待遇当然也不一样了。

是不是中文叫安费诺的?

Hehe, BAD ATTITUDE. But I can tell you, she left and her replacement is more beautiful.....BUT I won't hire you anyway. You can try our Engineering Department.

I am very sure AMPHENOL's compensation is not competitive and fair enough to attract top talents to join the teams. I never seen a connector company could provide a  inviting packaging for his employees, especially for the ones have been invested in China for many years, even better or bigger companies than amphenol. Actually connector industry is so small-size indusry. Most companies had downed their salary to a eveage lever of labor market, so the candidates should not expect  much for most opportunities. When we are talking about opportunity, that means you are still not good enough and you should push hard and learn many things.

I agree that attitude is very important and essential to success but it doesn't always make it. life is a puzzle, you never know what you're gonna get.

Mostly, a big company provides a good system to train people to sustain a long term deveopment. a good platform is useful, and oftenly you would get a better offer from other companies.

Personal view.

I comment again that such a way trying to work with a beautiful girl is good attitude to life.
